WELCOME

God loves everyone and everything God has made. As people of God, we seek to welcome everyone to our Christian community.

Our desire is to be supportive of all people in their spiritual journeys. We joyfully celebrate the love and grace God has shown us in Jesus Christ.

In celebration we offer a wide variety of programs, activities and opportunities for educational growth, healing, service, fun and fellowship. We believe God has a sense of humor.

Our worship reflects this variety and includes both a traditional Lutheran service and a contemporary worship experience. We are intentional about welcoming and including youth and children in worship.

Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, we invite you to explore how St. Stephen can be a part. A song we sometimes sing says it this way:

“Mine is the church – where everybody’s welcome.

I know it’s true – ‘cause I got through the door.

We are a dazzling bouquet – of every kind of flower,

Jump in the vase – ‘cause we’ve got space for more!” (By Bret Hesla)
